I haven't received my account creation email

If you have not received a Welcome email  

Please follow these steps:  

  1. Check your spam or junk folders
  2. Please ensure you used the correct email address.
    1. If somebody else has signed up for NCSU on your behalf, please check with them that they have entered your email address correctly. They will need to reach out to NCSU Support through our Report an issue form if there has been an error.
  3. If you are sure you have used the correct email address but your email has been blocked for some reason, you can use the 'Password reset' link from the login screen to access your account.


If you’re having trouble creating an account, please contact our support team through our Report an issue form further assistance.
