NCSU has been tested in all major browsers and devices so there should be no issues accessing the LMS.
While we have conducted extensive testing, it is possible that certain combinations of devices, browsers and operating systems can manifest issues we haven't caught.
If you are having issues with a particular device, please go to the NCSU Help Centre and raise a ticket using the 'Report an NCSU issue' form and include as much detail as possible on the device name, operating system, browser version and include screenshots if possible.
We will review your request and come back to you ASAP if we have questions or need more information.
