All major browsers are supported, however, we recommend that you use a browser version that is no older than 12 moths for the NCSU platform to work best.

While we have conducted extensive testing, it is possible that certain combinations of devices, browsers and operating systems can manifest issues we haven't caught.
If you are having issues with a particular device, OS or browser, please go to the NCSU Help Centre and raise a support ticket and include as much detail as possible on the device name, operating system, browser version and include screenshots if possible.
