How do I reset my NCSU password?

If you’ve forgotten your password or simply want to update it for security reasons, you can reset it quickly by following the steps below.

Go to the sign-in page: https://app.ncs-u.com

1. Click on the ‘Reset password’:

2. Enter the email address associated with your account:

You will see a message confirming an email has been sent to your email address in the top right of the screen:

3. Go to your email account and click the ‘Reset’ link:

4. You will be directed to the one-time login link, click ‘Login’:

5. You will be able to set a new password on the next screen:

6. Once your password is set you simply click ‘Continue as Your Name’ on the next screen to log back in:
